First Five Years, an Active Parenting series is a free, informative class offered to parents of children ages birth to 5 years old. Fundamental skills and attitudes necessary for successful parenting in early childhood are taught in this three-session series. Ages and stages of development, parenting styles, non-violent discipline skills, building a bond through play, routine and discipline are covered in this class! Parents receive a free parent workbook and certificate of completion at the end of the series. Registration is required.

Focus on the topics “Dealing with Disobedience”, “Developing Good Bedtime Routines”, “Managing Fighting and Aggression”, and “Hassle-Free Shopping and Hassle-Free Mealtime with Children”. These supportive, small group programs connect parents raising young children. Each of these two hour workshops are offered as stand-alone classes, so feel free to join us for as many of the topics that may benefit you and your family!
Triple P Parenting Seminars
5-week courses that discuss the Power of Positive Parenting techniques, what causes kids’ behaviors, setting goals for change and giving direction kids are likely to follow. The parents registered for this program meet 5 times and then have 3 one-on-one phone/in-person sessions with the group facilitator to make the information really work for their family!
Triple P Primary Care
Geared to meet the individual needs of your family. Consult 15-30 minutes individually with a facilitator to discuss Separation Anxiety, Whining, Tantrums, Sharing, Toilet Training, Sleep Patterns, and other topics you would like more information on to assist you as you are raising your young child. These free meetings will take place at an agreed upon location between the facilitator and the parent (Agriculture Center, library, school, home, etc.).

Triple P Teen Parenting Seminar
The Selected Teen (Seminars) Triple P Provider Training Course teaches Triple P Providers the skills to conduct parenting information seminars with parents of teenagers up to 16 years of age. Selected Teen Triple P is suitable as a universal prevention strategy where it is offered to parents of teens transitioning to high school.
- Raising competent teenagers,
- Raising responsible teenagers, and
- Getting teenagers connected.

May 5, May 12, May 19, June 2, and June 9
5-week course for parents and caregivers of children from birth through age 12 who have a disability, developmental disorder, or delay. This class will cover the power of positive parenting techniques, tips for strengthening your relationship with your child, encouraging positive behavior, strategies for teaching new skills and behaviors, managing misbehavior, and planning for difficult situations at home and in the community.
This 5-week program includes 3 one-on-one phone sessions with the group leader to make the information really work for their families. Join us and receive a $10 gas card just for attending!
For parents and caregivers (grandparents, other relatives, guardians, etc.) of children from birth through age 12.
Learn how to get more of the behavior you like from your children and less of what you don't.
